Important Safety Recall Update

Thank you for recently completing the voluntary product safety recall repair, conducted in partnership with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), on your ZLINE Professional Gas Range.

It has come to our attention that some of the repairs were not performed correctly and did not prevent dangerous levels of carbon monoxide from being emitted from the oven. Carbon monoxide can cause serious injury or death.

At ZLINE, our top priority has been (and always will be) ensuring the safety of you and your family.

Therefore, ZLINE is requesting all customers who have completed the voluntary product safety recall repair stop using their ovens immediately.

Return and Refund

Owners of ZLINE gas ranges may elect to return your range and receive a refund. Note that refunds will be partially pro-rated based upon the age of the range. Please have a copy of your proof of purchase ready to upload to help expedite the refund process.
