Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

  • The Japanese Damascus Knife Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States. Excluding Alaska and Hawaii. 

  • Entrants must be 18 years old as of their date of entry in the promotion to qualify. This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. ZLINE Kitchen & Bath, its subsidiaries, as well as members of an employee’s immediate family and/or those living in the same household as employees, are ineligible to participate in the Japanese Damascus Knife Giveaway.

 Sponsorship:

  • The sponsor is ZLINE Kitchen & Bath (“Sponsor”)

  • The sponsor will conduct the giveaway substantially as described in these official rules.

Agreement

  • By entering this giveaway, the entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s official rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this giveaway, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on the eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of the Japanese Damascus Knife Giveaway. We may process the personal information You submit in the giveaway to use for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time.  

 Giveaway Entry Period

  • The Japanese Damascus Knife Giveaway begins on MARCH 23rd, 2026, and ends on APRIL 30th, 2026. To be eligible for the giveaway, entries must be received within the specified entry period.

  • 1 winner will be chosen randomly and contacted directly via email on MAY 1st, 2026.

  • The winner must claim the prize by responding to the email within 1 week, or the Sponsor will withdraw the offer.

  • Once the winner claims the prize, a representative from ZLINE Kitchen & Bath will be in contact with the winner to assist in redeeming their prize. The winner must redeem their prize by MAY 8th 2026. 

How to Enter:

  • Submit a valid email address through the official giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period.

 Giveaway Prize:

  • Any additional costs above the awarded value must be paid by the winner. 

  • Shipping is free.

  • Information collected from entrants is subject to ZLINE Kitchen & Bath’s privacy policy.


Limitation of Liability


  • By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ZLINE Kitchen & Bath from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
