How to claim your free Gift

  1. Click the "Leave A Review" button below. 
  2. Search for your appliance by entering the model or SKU number in the search bar of the review widget. (Ex. "SDR36")
  3. Complete your review and include an image of your appliance(s). Once submitted, take a screenshot of your confirmation email. An image is required with your review to receive the free gift.
  4. Send an email to reviews@zlinekitchen.com with your screenshot, along with your phone number and preferred mailing address. 
  5. Once confirmed by our team and shipped, the knives should arrive within 7-10 business days.

Terms and conditions

By participating in this review incentive program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  1. This offer is available for eligible reviews submitted on ZLINE products in major appliance categories only. Eligible product categories include Ranges, Range Hoods, Wall Ovens, Cooktops, Refrigeration, Dishwashers, and Microwaves. Reviews submitted for accessories, parts, replacement components, or other non-major appliance products do not qualify for this promotion.
  2. To be eligible to receive the free gift, your review must include an image of your appliance and must be submitted through the review widget using the correct model or SKU number. Reviews without an image will not qualify.
  3. After submitting your review, you must email reviews@zlinekitchen.com with a screenshot of your review confirmation email, your phone number, and your preferred mailing address. Submissions with missing or incomplete information may not be eligible.
  4. All reviews must reflect your honest opinion and personal experience with the product. A positive review is not required to receive the free gift. The incentive is offered in exchange for taking the time to submit a qualifying review with an image, regardless of rating or sentiment.
  5. Limit one free gift per household, per qualifying review submission, while supplies last. ZLINE reserves the right to verify review submissions, product eligibility, and participant information before fulfilling the gift.
  6. The free gift is available while supplies last and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value at ZLINE’s discretion. Gifts are not redeemable for cash and may not be exchanged or returned.
  7. Once your submission has been reviewed and approved by our team, the free gift should arrive within 7–10 business days after shipment. Shipping times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or other factors outside of ZLINE’s control.
ZLINE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time without prior notice. ZLINE may also disqualify any submission that appears fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, or otherwise in violation of these terms.
