1. Eligibility
- The ZLINE KBIS Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States. Excluding Alaska and Hawaii
- Entrants must be 18 years old as of their date of entry in the promotion to qualify. This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. ZLINE Kitchen and Bath’s employees, its subsidiaries, as well as members of an employee’s immediate family and/or those living in the same household of employees are ineligible to participate in the ZLINE KBIS Giveaway.
2. Sponsorship:
- The sponsor is ZLINE Kitchen and Bath (“Sponsor”), located at 350 Parr Circle Reno, NV 89512
- The sponsor will conduct the giveaway substantially as described in these official rules.
3. Agreement
- By entering this giveaway, the entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s official rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this giveaway, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained in the Official Rules. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of the ZLINE KBIS Giveaway. We may process the personal information You submit in the giveaway for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. 4. Giveaway Entry Period
- The ZLINE KBIS Giveaway begins on February 26th, 2024, and ends on March 11th, 2024. To be eligible for the giveaway, entries must be received within the specified entry period.
One winner will be chosen randomly and announced on March 13th, 2024. Winners will be contacted via email. Winners must claim the prize by responding to the email within 24 hours or the Sponsor will withdraw the offer.
Once the winner claims the prize, a representative from ZLINE will be in contact with the winner to assist them in claiming their prize.
