Instructions for Shipping Damages Upon Delivery
If exterior damage is visible on the packaging, please sign for the package with the word “Damaged”.
It is our priority is to ensure you have an exceptional experience with your new ZLINE product. Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect the exterior of the package. 

Please inspect the product inside the packaging as soon as possible. If the product is damaged or defective, please contact the seller and ZLINE within 24 hours of delivery. Upon contacting our freight claims department, you will be given further instructions to process your claim as quickly as possible.
