Initially available in panel-ready and stainless steel door options — in addition to ZLINE’s luxurious Autograph Edition collection of polished gold, champagne bronze, and matte black handles — both models are meticulously designed to deliver restaurant-quality ice cubes to craft creative cocktails, lavish mocktails, sparkling soft drinks, refreshing cold brew coffee, and much more.

Both models of ZLINE Touchstone Ice Makers offer many of the same features, such as a state-of-the-art LED touchscreen control panel, a durable and hygienic stainless steel ice scoop, and a high-caliber factory-installed drain pump. Below are additional exciting features for each ice maker model:

High-Capacity Production - With clear cube models, store up to 26 pounds of ice and create up to 75 pounds daily, with gourmet models capable of 26 pounds and 66 pounds, respectively
Multiple Cube Sizes - Craft ice-cold drinks thanks to easy-to-use settings that offer 6 different sizes, with clear cube units creating 40 cubes per cycle and gourmet units producing 24
Superior Melting Rates - Gourmet ice cubes are intricately designed with a flat-brimmed octagonal shape, ensuring slower melting rates than standard cubes due to reduced surface areas and a denser composition
Superbly Clear and Transparent - Clear cubes, meanwhile, are carefully angled in size and supremely transparent due to slow-freezing technology that removes air bubbles and other impurities

Today’s ice maker announcement is the latest in ZLINE’s growing lineup of Touchstone Undercounter Refrigeration offerings, following December’s launch of Touchstone Refrigerator Drawers. Both ENERGY STAR® Rated appliances are perfect for outdoor installation amid ambient temperatures of 50–110°F or indoors thanks to a precise zero-clearance design paired with an easy-to-install anti-tip device allowing for flush built-in installation into any custom setting.

Coming later this year, ZLINE will further expand its Touchstone line — both ice makers and refrigerator drawers — with elegant door finishes in black stainless steel, white matte, and DuraSnow® stainless steel, all of which are Autograph Edition-compatible, allowing for incredible customization options.
