Nugget Ice Makers deliver crunchable ice designed to elevate cocktails, chilled beverages, and everyday hosting in any luxury indoor or outdoor space. The uniform, porous nuggets provide a rapid-chill effect while absorbing the flavors of spirits and sodas for a superior tasting experience.

Beyond beverages, the malleable ice serves as a gourmet foundation for seafood displays and fresh food platters. Built for high-volume hosting, each undercounter unit can store up to 30 pounds of ice and generate up to 70 pounds daily.

To ensure pristine quality and long-term reliability, Nugget Ice Makers integrate advanced hygiene measures with protective engineering. Built-in UV LED microbial control continuously targets the water reservoir to reduce bacterial buildup between maintenance cycles, delivering flavor-neutral ice. An automated leak protection system uses sensors to monitor water accumulation, engaging the drain pump to mitigate potential leakage and protect surrounding cabinetry.

Today’s launch includes eight 15-inch models in classic stainless steel and panel-ready door designs, each customizable through ZLINE’s award-winning Autograph Edition, featuring Champagne Bronze, Matte Black, or Polished Gold handle accents.

Joining ZLINE's 15-inch Clear Cube and Gourmet models that launched last year, the release completes a comprehensive suite of outdoor-rated ice-making solutions while bolstering the broader Touchstone Undercounter Refrigeration collection, which includes 24-inch wine coolers, beverage fridges, and refrigerator drawers.

Sharing the same zero-clearance undercounter footprint as other Touchstone units, the Nugget series makes replacement and installation straightforward across new builds, kitchen remodels, or outdoor patio setups.

Engineered for maximum utility, Nugget Ice Makers are dual-certified for residential and commercial settings, featuring a fully wrapped stainless steel exterior with a water-resistant design built to perform in ambient outdoor temperatures between 50°F and 110°F.

Units are equipped with an intuitive touchscreen display with child lock, timed ice-making, and Sabbath modes; an integrated water filtration system with an included water filter; cool white interior LED illumination; a hygienic stainless steel ice scoop; an ENERGY STAR® certified cooling system; and a factory-installed sealed drain pump with a 6-foot water hose.
