ZLINE Certified as a Great Place to Work for The Second Year in a Row

We are excited to announce that for the second year in a row, ZLINE Kitchen and Bath has been certified as a Great Place to Work. The criteria for the certification include a company-wide survey where the employee experience is measured directly, and a brief write-up about our culture is submitted. We are extremely proud to create a workplace that fosters collaboration, celebrates our employees, and so much more. 

We are thrilled that 86% of employees agree that ZLINE is a great place to work, compared to most US-based companies at 57%. With this certification, ZLINE also qualified for the Fortune Best Workplaces in Manufacturing and Production, where we placed 13th among all the nominees.
