ZLINE Expands Reno Warehouse Footprint to Support Nationwide Growth

Located at 400 E. Parr Blvd., ZLINE’s newest location marks a pivotal step in the company’s continued growth across the United States, reinforcing its long-term commitment to expanding operations and creating job opportunities for Reno-Sparks talent.

Conveniently situated across the street from the company’s existing warehouse/showroom at 350 Parr Circle, the new property adds 84,000 square feet of distribution space to ZLINE’s Reno footprint, allowing the company to optimize logistics efficiency and scale future growth.

The facility will expand ZLINE’s product testing capabilities while increasing on-site returns processing from key western states, including Colorado, New Mexico, and the Dakotas. This move will streamline the company’s West Coast distribution strategy by freeing valuable warehouse space not only in Reno but also at ZLINE’s large-scale facilities in Tennessee and Ohio—further improving shipping times and elevating the nationwide customer experience while bolstering ZLINE’s focus on sustainability and innovation.

Localized return processing will optimize shipping efficiency while significantly reducing the company’s carbon footprint. Planned on-site quality labs at 400 E. Parr Blvd. will enable product testing, material reuse, and refurbishing programs that extend product life cycles, reinforcing the company’s dedication to responsible and durable design.

With this addition, ZLINE’s total warehouse and logistics footprint exceeds 660,000 square feet across three states, including 176,000 square feet in Reno. The expansion represents the latest milestone in ZLINE’s sustained western impact since the company relocated to Reno in 2016, following the 2023 upgrade of its Parr Circle facility from 40,000 to 92,000 square feet.

Established in 2007 by founder Andy Zuro, ZLINE has quickly become one of Nevada’s fastest-growing companies, with more than 100 new jobs created since 2020 and 50 in the last three years alone. Of the company’s approximately 260 employees, roughly 150 are based in Reno, representing a major contribution to local workforce development.
