ZLINE Kitchen and Bath announced today that the ZLINE 36 in. Paramount Induction Range with 5 Element Cooktop and Electric Convection Oven (SINR36) was named a winner in Good Housekeeping’s 2027 Kitchen Awards. The full list of awards can be found on goodhousekeeping.com/kitchenawards2027.
Its defining feature is a nanotechnology-reinforced, anti-scratch glass surface. Rated 7.5 on the Mohs hardness scale—harder than quartz and comparable to high-carbon steel—the resilient glass stands up to heavy cookware. An anti-glare matte coating reduces reflections from overhead lighting and resists fingerprints and oil buildup, simplifying cleaning for a pristine kitchen look.
The cooktop features five induction elements with nine easy-adjust cooking levels, ranging from gentle simmering to heavy frying, while a Power Boost function delivers an extra surge of heat for rapid boiling and flash searing. A bridge function links two elements into a single cooking zone to accommodate larger cookware such as roasting pans and griddles.
Below the cooktop, the range maintains the craftsmanship, aesthetic, and reliability of ZLINE’s Paramount Series of induction and dual-fuel models, including powerful electric convection cooking with high-speed fans, halogen interior lighting, and digital thermostat technology for faster preheating. Dual smooth-glide racks, a triple-layer insulated glass door, and an expansive Horizon-style window make it easy to check on baking status, while premium knobs, rings, and ZLINE’s signature range handle round out the design.

Now in its sixth year, Good Housekeeping’s Kitchen Awards are an annual awards program run by
experts in the Good Housekeeping Institute. The Good Housekeeping Institute’s kitchen and food experts—including appliance analysts, trained cooks, recipe developers, and nutritionists—spent months testing a wide range of new and best-selling products designed to make kitchen life easier.
They evaluated countertop, built-in, and outdoor appliances; cooking tools; cookware; and more, as well as foods for your fridge, freezer, and pantry. Analysts assessed products in the GH Labs and test kitchens, and they also sent samples to more than 640 consumer testers to use in their own kitchens. The winners were selected based on quality, performance, value, usefulness, and—where applicable—taste.
