ZLINE Expands Induction Lineup With Its First 48-Inch Ranges and Rangetops

ZLINE Kitchen and Bath today introduced 48-inch Paramount Induction Ranges and Rangetops in more than 40 configurations, its largest induction models to date.

The release marks the first time ZLINE has offered 48-inch dual-oven induction ranges and 48-inch induction rangetops, bringing precise, powerful heat to larger kitchens and the home chefs who cook for a crowd while giving homeowners, designers, and builders an induction option for nearly every layout.

These models build on an induction cooking portfolio that began with the original Paramount Induction Ranges released in late 2025 and has since grown to nearly 200 freestanding ranges, slide-in rangetops, and drop-in cooktops. Each shares the same core technology: induction heats cookware directly for instant temperature response, along with greater safety and energy efficiency.

The crown jewel is the cooktop itself. ZLINE’s nanotechnology-reinforced anti-scratch surface boasts a 7.5 rating on the Mohs hardness scale—harder than quartz and comparable to high-carbon steel—while an anti-glare matte finish minimizes reflections and improves visibility. The coating also resists fingerprints, smudges, and oil buildup for a consistently polished look.

Every 48-inch model features seven cooking zones with nine heat levels apiece, and the largest element supports stock pots, woks, and pans up to 11 inches wide. A Power Boost mode delivers an extra surge for rapid boiling and flash searing, while two Bridge Cooking Zones, one on each side, join adjacent elements into expansive surfaces for griddles and oversized roasting pans.

Rangetops add a residual heat alert that signals when the glass surface stays hot after cooking, along with cookware detection that pauses energy transfer when a pan is missing or incompatible, so home chefs can stir ingredients or reposition cookware without losing their settings.

Ranges, meanwhile, carry many of the hallmarks of ZLINE’s Paramount Series, including:

Dual Ovens: Each model pairs an 18-inch and a 30-inch oven for 6.7 cu. ft. of total capacity, with convection in the larger cavity, so a main course and sides can cook at the same time.
StayPut Oven Door Hinges: Designed to support the full weight of both oven doors, the hinges keep each door securely in place for safer loading and basting.
Smooth Glide Racks and Halogen Lighting: Four durable ball-bearing racks, two in each oven, make heavy dishes easier to handle, while three halogen lights switch on from the front control panel.

Each new 48-inch model comes in stainless steel, black stainless steel, and satin stainless steel, and ranges are also available with white matte or black matte doors. Every model is compatible with the ZLINE Autograph Edition’s Champagne Bronze, Matte Black, or Polished Gold accents.

Select 48-inch ranges pair with ZLINE’s signature Autograph Edition Helix Handles, which introduce an additional Polished Nickel colorway. Engineered with diamond-precision knurling, the handles offer a confident, textured grip that resists fingerprints and are reinforced with a protective layer for added durability.
